Danzig is a pretty solid guy actually, Winnie the Pooh notwithstanding. I’d be very surprised if Obama chooses him, but he’s not a loon.
Honestly, with the current two candidates to choose from, I wish Pooh Bear could be President.

It wasn't Danzig who confused Yogi and Pooh, but the conservative author of the column posted in this thread. Danzig said nothing about Pooh being smarter than the average bear.
