It’s so hard to believe that with as much high tech stuff as there is available and someone wouldn’t have come up with sensors for the thing to pinpoint the location of the explosive device. In a perfect world, there would also be some sort of tracking device on it to pinpoint the location of the triggerman - through GPS or something.

I suppose I’m living in a “Star Trek” mindset in a less technical world than I had thought. I had invented paper diapers in my mind years before they became a reality. I just thought it was a likely silly idea.

Remember, MUM’s the word!

I know that the IED’s that are in cars parked along the roads are set off by remote control; but I thought the ones on the road were set off by the lead vehicle rolling over them. Are they ALL set off by remote control?

Being improvised, they can be set up however the creator wants.
