>>Authorities learned of the sexual sleepover when one of the boys involved with Honeycutt began feeling “guilty and upset,” and told his parents, who went to police, Coluzzi said.<<
It's not as wonderful as you imagine through the rose coloured prism of long ago memory. It is as traumatic for a boy, if not moreso, than for a girl. These women took the innocence of these boys, they are predators and it is sad and horrible that this happened.

No, it isn’t. For one thing there’s no risk of pregnancy, for another there’s less chance of VD transmission. And from a psychological standpoint, you’d have a hard time convincing me that this is extraordinarily traumatic for a male.

We can agree that they are predators.

Correct, these teens are now on a probable track to abuse other young kids as they enter adulthood. Pretty sick. Can we bring public flogging back into vogue.

Intellectually, I have to agree with you. Emotionally, I remember what a hormone-ridden geek I was at age 13 and have to wonder.
I think between the ages of 13 to 16 I would have walked 10 miles barefoot through the woods to attend a sleepover like that. And I darn sure wouldn’t have felt guilty about it.

why couldnt this happen to me as a teenager It did but the boys wouldn't have squealed, they'd have arranged more "sleep overs."

Despite what your ego thinks, males mature slower than girls. promiscuity is not a positive behavior and this will lead to it for these children.
They are predators.
To: ASA Vet
yeah I guess there is a big difference in 14 year old males 20 years ago as opposed to today. Might have something to do with no fathers around to mold them into men. but then I dont think my dad would’ve avocated me screwing around, he’d happy to know i wasnt gay tho.

Can you imagine the atmosphere at that sleepover party? Boys that age are very much into groupthink, so do you think that all five were at the same level of emotional maturity, or that they were prepared to enter into an adult situation at that time? The talking, dreaming, wondering stage of these boys lives has been taken. Now, the police are involved, the entire community knows, and those boys will have to live up to “stud” reputations. What if they weren't seething hormones with feet, what if they were just nice young boys who thought they were going to hang out with friends and do the things that early teen boys do? All gone now.
What if this happened to your son, would you feel the same?
