They might beg us for our help, but “us” is not going to be able to help anyone. An Obama election will inevitably lead to severe internal conflict, economic disaster and a totally defanged military. Europe vis-a-vis Obama should be careful what it wishes for.

Find a leftist who doesn’t love Obama.

Interestingly, The Times has apparently refused to post my comment about Obama attending a racist church that spewed hate against whites. And yes, that’s as inflammatory as it got.

It’s interesting to see the commentors over there on other news stories attempt to separate Obama from Reverend Wright. They’ll say it’s preposterous to hold Obama responsible for Wright’s statements, which is partially true, but the man chose to associate himself with a church that spewed racial hatred instead of the thousands in Chicago that don’t and didn’t.

Basically, they’re as blind as the Obama supporters here.

Obama perfectly fits the definition of a demagogue. He is unwilling to say out loud what his politics really are: nothing more than standard, boiler-plate ultra-leftism.

Times Online quoting British liberal moonbat George Galloway and Jack Lang, the former Socialist Culture Minister

No bias though!

in the words of Jack Lang, the former Socialist Culture Minister, “the America we love ... the youth and racial mix of an America under transformation and in movement”.

If this frog is such an expert at "culture" maybe he should get off his butt and work on his own for awhile. Europeans do not share American values, and are therefore not fit to decide for us who our leader shall be. Period.

What I don’t get is why Europe of all places is embracing this nonsense. It’s insane

No it's not. Europe is led by a generation of people who have never had to stand on their own, relying for sixty years on American defense umbrella. They envy and resent us for that. They are not grateful, although many of their citizens have better sense.

The excitement about Obama is that they smell one of their own--a US citizen who is no more American than they are, and who shares their parasitic values. They hope and wish that his presidency will lead America to degenerate to their level of euro-socialism, spell an end to American exceptionalism, and stoop to equality with the whorehouse in Brussels. Then they will have a chance to feel big, and special, once more, rather than living with the humiliating truth of having been second rate hangers-on since 1945.
