This reminds me a bit, of Michael Vick. It’s amazing that these guys who have amassed such wealth are willing to risk throwing it all away.

Defense attorney Gregory Craig said that Nicholas was innocent and would prevail. Nice choice. /s

That suit was filed by Nicholas' former bodyguard and personal assistant, Kenji Kato. A second lawsuit was filed last year by a construction crew that claimed they were hired to build an underground lair for Nicholas where he could indulge in sex with prostitutes and drug use. The workers claimed Nicholas failed to pay them millions of dollars and used intimidation and death threats to prevent them from leaving the project, which was kept secret from Nicholas' wife and city inspectors.
OK - I need a show of hands. How many of you could build an underground lair right under your house and then use it for prostitutes and partying and keep it secret from your wife?

He's innocent. The drugs and prostitutes were research for his obvious crime-fighting, which explains the secret underground lair. /s

Is that the same Gregory Craig from the impeachment days?

Sounds like Nicholas was responsible for handling the “Broad” part of Broadcom’s business.

Nicholas smoked so much marijuana during a flight on a private jet between Orange County and Las Vegas that the pilot had to put on an oxygen mask
All aboard the party plane!

Heck, whats the point of being a billionaire if you cant enjoy yourself a little!! If you are a billionaire, why do you have to cheat with stock options and deal drugs? It makes no sense.

And those of you that could: how many of you would be so stupid as NOT TO PAY FOR IT, even though you easily could, and thereby get caught?

I thought about installing a secret dungeon in my house, too. There were a few engineering problems, but the permit process was atrocious! What is to become of America if the average joe can’t install a dungeon in his own house due to bureaucratic red tape?

Yup. Interesting that he brings a DC lawyer to California. Apparently, he needs someone who specializes in “my client is guilty as sin” law.

Nicholas required his unnamed co-conspirators to provide detailed invoices for drugs they sold to him, and used code names such as “party favors” and “refreshments” to conceal what was being sold, prosecutors claimed.
Sounds like a pretty uncrackable code to me - no idea how the authorities ever figured that one out.
