I believe I read in Randy Shilts book, ‘And The Band Played On’, that a sheep parasite, cryptosporidium, was problematic for initial Aids sufferers in the early 80’s. When asked by a sufferer what is done to sheep when they develop cryptosporidium, the farmer said ‘we shoot them’. I guess they have somehow eliminated the cryptosporidium problem in people. Otherwise I doubt these bestiality advocates would be so quick to want it legalized.
