As I said, I any decision on medical treatment should be made purely on medical need, not on the nationality of the patient or whether they are a criminal or any other reason.....

The reality is as follows: offer the head of UCLA transplant services 1.25 million dollars in small denominations in a briefcase left outside by the dumpster and a young liver is placed into an old foreign national gangster who is not supposed to be in the US.

I agree this is not going to go away. Let's see how this plays out.
