Well, if Tony Rezko could buy Obama for the price of a vacant lot, maybe Murdoch and the other gazillionaires bankrolling Obama for President think he’ll work about that cheap for them too.

I wouldn’t claim to be ‘intrigued’ by candidate Obama & in the next breath call someone else crazy.

Heh. And do we really, really know if money really, really changed hands when Obama later “bought” a strip of that lot to attach to his own home property?

I gather that Olbermann’s hate-filled crazy ranting hasn’t made him very popular at MSNBC, either. People love a train wreck, so he gets the best ratings there, but even the lefties have their limits.

Even money on whether he goes R. Bud Dwyer, or goes postal and takes out his production staff.

He's cautiously intrigued by... Barack Obama. Murdoch, who said that he was responsible for the New York Post's endorsement of Obama during the New York primary, said he wasn't ready to endorse Obama or to vote for him. But he's pretty close: "I want to be convinced that Obama is the real thing, that can really carry through. I'm open to that."

Murdoch isn't a stupid guy, it REALLY makes me wonder what he is taking about Obama being the real thing, all I see is an empty suit.

Obermann is not obsessed. People with brains can become obsessed, ie over focused on one or two things.

Obermann is intellectually limited. What you perceive as obsession is just enthusiasm. He has limited intellectual faculties and is enthusiasic about what people smarter than him have told him to believe. His enthusiasm is due in part due to his limited brains not have other things to think about.

The only thing that intrigues Murdock is making more money, and he probably figures an Obama Presidency would be the ticket to better Nielsen ratings.

Olberdork fired by FoxSports 5 years ago.... WOW.

Ah, this might explain some of the rat-turd’s bewildering obsession with attacking FoxNews. I know that for leftists it is an article of faith that Fox has to be hated with white-hot passion, but the Olberdork takes it to such absurd new lows that I wondered what was driving his insanity.

I didn’t know he’d ever been on FoxSports ‘cause I don’t watch much TV of any kind. I never even heard of the Olberdork until a couple of years ago.

According to Marl Levin, who claims to receive communications from KO’s former girlfriends, its all a shtick - KO doesn’t believe anything he says, he’s found a niche audience of goofy leftists and is playing it up for all its worth.

really, just an adopted loony left schtick for ratings?

Well that would be pretty strange too - a man who can spout nonsense like that when/if he doesn’t even believe it is the ultimate media WHORE.

So KO is the Left’s equivalent of MS.

...that seems to make more sense to me...KO is making pretty good money and has attracted a growing audience with his ranting. I'm not sure I wouldn't do the same - have my news show be a running parody of the left, without anyone on the left ever figuring it out...

Murdoch gets not any street cred from me for firing Olberman. Keith did not add anything to the bottom line and was expendable. O’Reilly on the other hand, probably sexually harassed his producer with phone sex of which she taped. I say probably, we will never know for sure, Uncle Rupert used Fox dollars to settle out of court, and keep his loud mouthed ratings leader out of the headlines and out of court.
