Holy cow! Her surgeons are miracle workers!

I used to wonder if I could love a baby born with a deformity. However, now that we have a child, I can’t see how anyone could not love a sweet little baby, deformed or not. Although I thank God our little boy is physically normal, I know now that every baby is lovable, no matter what they may look like.

her doctors in England told her parents that nothing could be done about her condition

Wasn't cost effective under socialized medicine?

When she was 1-year-old, her doctors in England told her parents that nothing could be done about her condition, so her parents took her to see surgeons in the U.S.

Mmmm-hm. I think that speaks for itself.

"Sorry, ma'am, but your forms didn't go through, so your daughter's stuck this way. Next time don't use blue ink--the rubber stampers on the 12th Floor hate that..."

Memo to Michael Moore. I was told that socialized medicine in England was so superior to pesky US docs.

Good for her mother for not accepting what Socialism was offering her poor little girl. Once again America is the land of opportunity, offering this young woman the opportunity for a normal life.
