But there is even more to this resurrection story; there is great fruit for the Kingdom of Heaven which has come from it.
We received the following report from Joni Ames, whose friend is a member of Val Thomas' church. Joni's friend writes: "Joni, the story is true. In fact, the lady (Val Thomas) was in the hospital; brain dead. They had already called the funeral home. The family had three relatives that were not saved. Two family members told God if He would allow her to live, they would give their life to God. The other was Val's 70-year-old brother who had already left the hospital after she died. When they took her off life support, and after she woke up, she wanted to know where her son was. So they phoned the brother to come back to hospital, and he hit his knees and gave his life to Christ too. The testimony was given Sunday morning at church and that's when the anointing broke out."
Already, three people have come to the Lord because this woman was brought back to life by the sovereign hand of God. What glorious fruit! There are reportedly numerous other resurrections of which have been testified during meetings in Lakeland. We at BCN and The ElijahList are working to confirm these, and hope to report them to our readers as soon as possible.

Zombie Dust!!
lol So far, no reports of brains being eaten...
And not only that, she won’t have to be in the grave in order to vote Democrat in the general election in November!
What’s interesting here is that that standard of being dead is no brain waves. If this story is true, then the standard would need to be changed.
Interesting. On missions trips in places like Africa or India, stories like this are pretty common. I’ve spoke to several people that have claimed to be ressurrected or have seen a ressurrection. (I am only counting the claims where there is corroboration, witnesses, or something that establishes some credibility.) This sounds like one of the few “resurrection” stories from the US that has even a shred of credibility.
I can tell you this: the other night there was a story that a guy dies, was dead for a few days, and was in the funeral home in the casket (!) when he was raised. There was also a story of a 2 year old girl, dead for two days in the hospital morgue who was raised. In total, in association with the Lakeland revival, there are at least 12 other reports of resurrections besides this woman in WV.
As the article says, they’re putting together medical confirmation for those, and several other events too, lots of physical healings of various conditions. I understand they they will be released once they make sure the facts are true and documented.
Agreed. I used to want to be a missionary just so I could see this stuff. Now it’s happening here too.
Heaven and hell are actual places, with Heaven so glorious and expansive, It's beyond human comprehension.
As much as I wanted to go and stay, somehow I'm needed here!??? And the One we call Jesus is SO nice and loving the myths they've created about Him are beyond disgusting!
I’ve met a few people who had visions of heaven, and a couple who died. What happened to you?
bflr
Are all the resurection claims only from Christians? Don’t the other religions have claims of resurections too? With only approximately 25% of the world being Christian, it would appear that there would possibly be other claims out there. It seems that the other 75% of the world is not getting the press exposure.
Yes.
..'something' is happening in Lakeland (I just watched it on TV this weekend)...I'm not sure what, and we don't want to be deceived (as in the last days)...
..but at least be watchful.
If it isn’t done in the Name of Jesus, I doubt it’s real.
Sure, witch doctors and shamans can pull parlor tricks out of their hats all day long. But there are numerous accounts, which have presisted for centuries, about a servant of Christ punking them in their own house by the working of a miracle and proclaiming the supremacy of Jesus.
Many times, the witch doctors themselves get saved.
Paul did it, Thomas did it, St. Patrick did it, St. Nicholas did it, John G. Lake did it a lot, thousands of believers are doing it all over the world today. It’s not that uncommon, just here in the West.
There will be flaws with anything. Humans are involved, so expect it.
But look at the results. The Name of Jesus is being given as the reason. What more do you want?
Have you heard about plastic pyramids that you can put over dull razor blades?
Thanks for the ping. Still keeping an eye on things...wow...
