“I do believe that the criteria for a guilty verdict is within reasonable doubt...”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
It is “BEYOND a reasonable doubt”, not “within”. I have heard it quoted lately by people who should know better as,”beyond the SHADOW of a doubt”, a criteria which would make most convictions impossible to attain.
I knew It went something like that.
Thanks for the correct term.
