More proof that illegals have more rights than we do... I guess it helps when the companies that hire illegals lobby state legislatures on their behalf.

Another fine example of a government education program.

He couldn't be charged with reckless homicide or manslaughter because he didn't have a licence.
When will the people of this country wake up from the mesmerization of diversity to see that are being killed by this invasion?

He couldn't be charged with reckless homicide or manslaughter because he didn't have a licence. What BS. If any of us was caught driving without a license, especially if DUI death was involved, we'd have the book thrown at us. Maybe everyone in Ohio should just drive without their licenses and claim they are illegal too?

Once again, Im glad I dont live in California. LOL...this *special* treatment of illegals seems to be nationwide.....No matter the crimes.
I've read where *illegal* CHILD MOLESTERS are given the *option* of self-deportation, rather than serving any U.S. jail time.

When you steal an identity and drive, there is little to prevent the cycle from repeating. Hit and run, DUI, etc. are just additional charges to a life of crime that the Democrats not only accept but openly encourage.

From Bush on down, there's no additional crime an illegal alien can commit that will dissuade the country-clubs from their amnesty plan. McCain is full-steam-ahead with "reform."

I’m “retired” but bailiff in our County Court at Law (in Texas), I also translate for Mexican defendants. They don’t get special treatment, they pay the same price and then they are reported (and held) to INS for deportation after sentencing. At least the procedures are followed correctly. Just follow the damned law folks—and enforce them correctly, amazing how that works.

In-freakin'-credible.
I'd like to know even more on that case...please post any other
details you might remember (e.g., city in Ohio, etc.).
Thanks in advance.

There's not much on it but if you search with the info here you should be able to find some follow up.
