I beleive they still use the tune but with altered words to reflect the change from the Soviets to Russia. I have listened to the anthem sung by the old Soviet choir. The music is truly inspiring. Change the words and it would be great perfect.

What amazes me is they are a bunch of lamebrains who just don’t understand the brutality of the Russian Revolution.
It was the original revolutionaries who were eliminated by the Marxists. The fools who play at being commies are the ones who make me sick.
Obama has flawlessly sung the Islamic call to prayer and called it one of the most beautiful sounds he’s every heard.
Someone should ask him if it is even more beautiful than the Soviet National Anthem.

Good catch. A sea of Marxists with their “Change” posters. The change they’re looking for is turning Stars and Stripes into hammers and sickles.
Well, in all fairness it is a really cool anthem.

It is both amazing and frightening; and sickening as well, to behold; how easily this wolf hides who he really is.
