The US is not the lone party of interest in regards to North Korea.

That’s what the Clintonites would have said, with that sap of a Secretary of State, Madeline Albright and all her (similar) Prevalent Pyongyang Pandering.

I heartily endorse AiT’s approach to North Korea, and in MY perfect universe, AiT would be our Secretary of State, and TigerLikesRooster would be our Ambassador to the U.N.

One speech before the Knesset does not automatically convert our Appeaser-In-Chief into the second coming of Ronald Reagan.

The facts are, this Administration has done nothing but jack their jaws in regards to Iran and North Korea, and has done precious little to smack down that little fat fart in Venezuela, aka Baby Huey Chavez.

In World War II, we decoded an intercepted radio message in the Pacific theatre in April of ‘43 and learned that Yamamoto would be landing at Bougainville on the 18th. The President, the Secretary of the Navy, and Admiral Nimitz had no qualms about shooting that SOB out of the sky courtesy of 18 P-38s.

60+ years later, we didn’t need to decode any damn messages to learn that (for example) the Iranian runt Ahmadinnerjacket would be flying to New York City to spew his babble at the U.N., what did our El Presidente do?

Nothing. He let the sumb!tch fly in, and fly out without so much as a waggled wing from an F-18. Here he was, one of our sworn enemies, an enemy of our ally Israel, and Bush let him waltz on by. THAT is not how you win wars, when your enemies are right there in front of you, shame on you if you haven’t got the damn cojones to take them out.

I submit that a President Dick Cheney would not only have ordered Ahmanutjob shot down, he would have laughed about it later.

And the U.S. record regarding North Korea is equally shameful: for the sake of a so-called ‘legacy’, the Bush Administration has sold the North Korean people down the river by negotiating with, and effectively validating the genocidal tyranny of Kim Jong Il.

Those are the facts of the matter.

hear hear! that's tellin' em. why cannot people just see the reality and quit being subjectively blinded by the big (R) behind people's names?! --unless they have no knowledge of the North Korean-State Department shenanigans that have been going on in the last three years--in which case if Slick Willy Clinton's foreign policy team did the stuff that's been going on in the Bush Administration Term II (which they did), we would be all all over them (and rightly so). Agreed there, mjk, there for certain has been plenty of INTERNATIONAL APPEASEMENT of some of the worst global scalawags to go around under Mr. Bush's watch as well.

We might be better than that but he is not. If you are offended though, you might consider your use of Dude. That is very rude.
