So who would you rather have a beer with? McCain or Obama.

To tell you the truth, Obama. At least he has a personality and I would be able to see any knives coming towards me. With McCain, I'd have to fight to keep awake and watch my back at the same time.

Interesting that there’s a clip of wind power in the video.

And there’s a huge investment in wind energy going on right now, especially Europe.

Here’s some info about the inadequacy of wind power.

And a real life example...

LOL!! That's funny. I was imagining McCain dozing off and falling off of his stool

I'm skeptical about global warming, but some of the things he may do are things we should be doing anyway -- lower emissions, greater fuel economy, developing new energy sources.

If we'd been doing them, we'd be in a better position to fend off the Chicken Littles of the environmental movement.

When I increase my CO2 output by about a thousand times and catch up with John and Cindy McCain, I'll think about cutting back.

Until then, will John show us the way, will he park Air Force One? Will he shut down your wife's beer distributorship as an unnecessary producer of CO2 with it's large fleet of large delivery trucks. I know many will disagree, but beer isn't a true necessity.

Or will John McCain, like Al Gore, lay out cuts for our miserly fuel use while they use as much as they like.

I expected “dumb”, I didn’t expect “STUPID”!..

You forgot this is the guy who hired a Myanmar lobbyist as one of his chief advisors? Your forgot this is the guy who can't tell the difference between the Sunnis and Shiites in Iraq? You forgot that McCain is running for GWB's third term? You forgot about McCain's membership in the Keating Five?

I always expected more stupid than dumb from McCain. The talk about a maverick who consistently bucked the establishment was pure media hype with little substance.

That’s enough for me. Somebody else can elect this guy. I don’t want anything to do with him. It’s not just that I disagree with so many of his policies....it’s also that he’s already shown himself too stupid, too gullible and too much of a panderer to be elected. When Obama is elected, I hope our senior military officers remember their oath...to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” I will expect them to do their duty, becasue no matter who wins, it will be an enemy of the Constitution.

If John McCain is going to run on the Democrat platform he might just as well run as a Democrat.

He was despicable in Oregon today.

So much for voting for POTUS this year there is no difference between the candidates.

Bob Barr is even looking good.

McCain is just trying to make President Reagan dizzy.

“Shut up, John. Please.”

Amen.

In the NC primary I voted “No Preference” in the GOP Presidential race. It’s bad enough I will be forced to vote for Juan in November, just don’t ask me to vote for him twice!

I feel a headache coming on...

And to think there are a bunch on RINOs just like him in Congress. No wonder the Republican Party is having trouble raising money.

Will there be a military coup?

In my experience, military governments are extremely ineffective and corrupt (Myanamar). It is not something I would recommend for the US, no matter who is elected.

Whoa....let's not start crazy talk. ; )

Just where does "saving the planet" from a nonexistent demise by loss of freedom rank?

“. . . so why is he doing this?”

He did finish 5th from the bottom in his class at Annapolis. Did you expect a Nobel Laureate?

(and they said Bush was stupid!)

He loves Ginsburg, headed the Gang of 14 and co-wrote McCain-Feingold. I don’t have a lot of faith in his SCOTUS choices.
