If you bothered to look at the link you’d know it was published in “Journal of Applied Nutrition”.
This is a “catch 22”. If the more mainstream medical journals refused to publish nutritional cures, how does that then become a reasonable criterion of correctness?
Here is a biography of Dr, Klenner, for anyone who is interested. The article in Wikipedia on Dr. Klenner was recently deleted on someone’s request. Apparently the war to suppress nutritional medicine continues! The work of men like Fred Klenner stands as an indictment of mainstream medicine, and they don’t want to ever have to deal with it.
