The liberals in California believe government is the engine of growth. So it needs to be exempt from economic laws that apply to every one else. California can do without millionaires but it cannot do without government for a single day!

That's what they do in Europe and Israel. You better get used to getting a service without a receipt because if you want a receipt, its going to cost you extra.
