People need a certain amount of stress in their lives. Lacking it - as she clearly does - they’ll create it.
Amusing to contrast her complaints with the Donner Party’s* summary comment: “It was a hard winter.”
She needs to count her blessings.
(* - the Donner Party were Pacific-bound pioneers who suffered about as horribly as anyone could, ultimately eating those who didn’t survive.)
