These Guy's look like they are wearing the Uniforms of the U.S.A.F. Redhorse engineering teams. That's what they look like to me. That's why they are wearing those redcaps.

Or they could hire private companies, who use all-American employees, and use citizen security. This way the Reserves and National Guard can be on-call when they’re needed.

We have moved to tiger stripes. But, the BDU is still authorized until 2011.

They are Air Force. Trust me.

I would expect to find Air Force personal building roads.

Dollars to donuts is a even trade now.

No, don't get your hopes up. A bill was passed, and signed by the President in 2006 to fund National Guard on the border from June 2006 through June 1 2008.

There have been National Guard troops posted on the border in the Yuma, Az. sector since June, 06. They will be gone by the end of the month, there is no more Federal funding, I doubt that Nancy, and Harry will pass anything to fund extending their stay.

They are Red Horse. For Thomas: Red Horse guys get it done. Better funding than the NCBs (Seabees) Horse is capable of massive projects. (Now for the obligatory insult)For USAF, they are very talented.
