I didn’t know aspirin was so beneficial wrt diabetes.

Dang that pesky kidney side effect, though.

Bismuth, an ingredient in Pepto Bismol, kills the H. Pylori bacteria that causes the majority of ulcers.

Omega 3 fish oil offers many additional benefits and the same mechanism of action as aspirin without any significant negative consequences. Low-level occult bleeding in the gut is the mechanism of action that reduces the excess iron levels that cause so many degenerative diseases in humans.
