I don’t know about the ‘reformed’ part of being a rake, but I doubt he’s a future PM. He’s a Conservative alright, but he is an eccentric upper-class buffoon. Londoners seem to have a penchant for voting for ‘colourful’ charectars when it comes to choosing a mayor. There’s little chance he would be chosen by the Conservative party as their leader at any point in the future....
