As long as we ultimately outsource the production of this ariplane to China, I don’t see anything for the anti-globalists to whine about. Oh, wait a minute...

The Viking and the Sea Control Squadrons are on their way out of service. Only the Sea-hawk helicopter is left to carry out carrier-borne ASW. IMHO,the carrier battle groups have little threat from submarine attack these days or the near future. The main threat would be rogue nations using “expendable” diesel boats attacking coastal cities.

Thanks, I read something about phasing out the Viking a year or so ago as sub hunters and didn’t realize they were already gone.
