The Chris Plante Show, 630AM - WMAL, Washington, D.C. is broadcast live during the week, Mondays through Fridays from 9:06 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. and on Sundays from 12:06 - 2:00 p.m. by himself and with Jerry Klein, WMAL's Pet Liberal, from 2:06 - 3:00 p.m.
Chris Plante, often sub to Mark The Great One Levin, joined the WMAL team after 17 years at CNN including nearly ten years assigned to the Pentagon covering the U.S. military and intelligence community. Chris was assigned variously as Pentagon Correspondent, Senior Producer for National Security Affairs, Military Affairs Producer and as an assignment editor. He traveled extensively for CNN covering defense related stories from Saudi Arabia in 1990 and Bosnia in 1995, to Vietnam, Indonesia, Africa and the remote corners of the former Soviet Union.
Chris also hosts the public affairs show Homefront America which is currently seen nationally on The American Life television network, and is working as a documentary film maker. Representing the third generation of his family that has been on-the-air in radio and television, Chris brings a unique world-view, and largely conservative/libertarian values to his role as talk show host on WMAL.
Marching in lock-step with no politician, Chris says his political party is Practi-crat, ...because of my distinctly practical political leanings. Chris received the Edward R. Murrow Award from the Radio and Television News Directors Association (RTNDA) for his reporting from the Pentagon during the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001.

What’s this guy’s take on it?
Is he going to trash it?
Is he going to dismiss it?
Is he going to say it’s because Republicans want to run against Hillary?
I’m not so sure I like the idea of GOP meddling becoming a lead story in the upcoming Indiana primary, or the Pennsylvania primary results, either.
It is much better if it all remains below the radar.
Chris is a conservative radio talk show host on the station that carries Rush, Sean and Levin in Washington, DC. Straight from his own mouth, it appears that CNN contacted him because they are interested knowing about Operation Chaos. He will defend it.
Chris was employed by CNN for 17 years, so he knows quite well how to deal with them. He’s also subbed many times for Mark Levin.
Why is Chris discussing Rush’s plan?
Yeah, so CNN is starting to take notice.
Before Pennsylvania voted they all scoffed and dismissed it.
Now that they’ve looked that the Pennsylvania exit polls, where 6% of Hillary’s voters said they are planning to vote for McCain against her in November. And that’s just the ones who admitted it. As it is, extrapolated out, that would be about 75,000 people who voted in the Pennsylvania Democrat primary, about a third of Hillary’s margin of victory.
Without Operation Chaos, her margin of victory would have only been about 6 points, and the media narrative would be totally different today. It would all be “so is she finally going to drop out now?”
I’m not sure I like this either. Democrats play politics everyday. They should be doing a show on that, not making a big deal over any possible Republican plans. The general election isn’t even here yet.
We all know Rush's strategic plan, anyway. He talks about it ad nauseaum every single day.
I’m not worried about Chris discussing this on CNN because he’s one who will never allow to have the ‘wool pulled over his eyes’.... he understands the MSM and knows that they’re a pack of wolves and that he’s the little sheep. But he knows this, and he knows how to turn it around.
Yeah, but in all fairness, this is a real story, and the impact could be huge.
We just so happen to want it to go undetected below the radar.
We want everyone believing Hillary’s huge margins are real.
But then again, throwing doubt on them could add another layer to the drama, creating EVEN MORE chaos!
Oh...he’s kinda cute! (<—Clearly the most important point made in this thread. lol)
Combined General and Maryland “Freak State” PING!
Heehee! We need that kind of humor around here sometimes!
