The L-D debates were 3 hours long. One candidate spoke for an hour, then the other candidate spoke for an hour and a half, and then the first candidate spoke for a half hour.

Neither of these two could make sense for a half hour, let alone an hour and a half.

Actually, there are more than one similarities between Obama and Douglas, not the least was that Douglas was the Democrat populist candidate.

I think Obama would take her down without moderators’ inteferences. She may be sorry she proposed the debate if Obama takes her up on the offer...Obama is a much more skilled orator!
