So, you’re saying you CAN’T describe the difference.
I did not think you could. Let’s see, ARREST means one will suffer the following:
1) Loss of freedom of movement
2) Loss of freedom of association
3) Loss of control over ones activities
And “detention” means one will suffer...
Well...
1) Loss of freedom of movement
2) Loss of freedom of association
3) Loss of control over ones activities
However, at least people who have been arrested and put in jail have a CHANCE of making bail. Those who are “detained for their own good” have to go wherever some low- to mid- level government social “worker” decides they must go and do whatever said “worker” decides they must do.
Oh! I see the difference NOW.
I think I’ll take jail.
Uh, the ones who are underaged.
I think you’ve lost perspective on this, but that is just my opinion.
I have a sixteen year old daughter, so I’m used to the ‘everything you say is wrong’ routine, so I will respectfully disagree with your assessment of the situation and move on to more productive discussions.
lol - I feel for you! It get’s brutal protecting the constitution, bill of rights, liberty and freedom at all costs
