I am a vegetarian. The killing of sentient, biologically autonomous birds or mammals who have done nothing to me, solely to satisfy a completely unnecessary (and unhealthy) lust for artery-clogging animal fat, is something that I personally consider to be immoral and unethical. However, I do not equate the value of animals to that of sentient, autonomous humans, so I do not favor imposing my beliefs on others by force of law. I am "pro-choice" on the subject of eating meat.
And from further down...
The more extreme elements of the pro-life movement don't care about women who are human persons, they only care about fetal tissue. Should I, as a vegetarian, parade in front of YOUR favorite restaurant where YOU are eating MEAT, with pictures of what goes on in the slaughterhouse where your meal came from? If you find such a thought revolting, is it because you know in your heart the vileness of your wanton, unnecessary killing of animals just to feed your lustful addiction to fat? Would there be a difference? [For the record, as I have stated many times, I do not equate animals with persons and am respectfully pro-CHOICE on the subject of vegetarianism - I do not go around carrying signs or yelling "Meat is Murder," but I could make a lot stronger case for their position than the pro-life one, since birds and mammals clearly ARE sentient, conscious and autonomous - not requiring that you use your body to keep them alive.]
Don't you love how she contradicts herself on the whole 'human > animal' point with regards to the unborn? Oh, and as for our 'unnecessary lust for artery-clogging animal fat'...I was unaware that humans were herbivores. I thought we were omnivores. Which means we for delicious meat for the PROTEIN! Besides, I'll take sirloin over tofu any day.
Thanks for posting this.
My daughter is home schooled (via a collegiate correspondence course) and has decided to write her required term paper on the abortion debate. Her title is “Why I Oppose Abortion.”
I will direct her to your site for material and references.
1. They are alive.
2. They have human DNA.
1. Is not disputed even by abortionists. Indeed, one of Obama’s laws in IL is that hospitals can kill babies if the the abortion didn't take.
2. Is not disputed by any scientist. Each baby has unique and complete DNA signature (with the exception of identical twins). Human DNA is admissible evidence is court.
Therefore, the unborn are human.
What else is needed for the paper?

Excellent project! I’ve bookmarked it. Thanks for all your hard work.
I hope this post does not come across as mean, although it has the potential to.
I also am somewhat learned in the ways of HTML/CSS and the web. When I was teaching myself in, like 2001 or so, when I was 11, I learned that a coder who uses frames commits web browser genocide. They are generally not pretty. Easy to use, but ugly. I’d recommend that to make that site look better you use tables or CSS to keep your left bar on the left and your content on the right.
One thing is certain though: Ditch the frames. There’s a time and a place for them, but not here.
I recommend CSS tables. Kinda confusing, what with all the browser issues, but the results can be sweet.
However, the information contained in your website is nice. Bookmarked for now.
