Presidential hopeful Barack Obama, accused of being elitist for remarks he made about small-town American voters, said on Tuesday the slap at his background is amusing and signals a nation in the midst of "political silly season." It is not an attack on his background. It is an attack of his portrayal of small-town America as being populated with superstitious, racist and xenophobic hicks who are too unsophisticated not to abandon religion.

Poor baby, he had to live in a $250,500 condo. That proves that he understands the plight of the common man. What he does understand is the proplr in the “hood” and their affinity to label everything as racist. The reference to Uppidy explains his followers. The fact that he spent years scamming his “community” with Rezko speaks volumes.
