Well, Mrs. Clinton is already using it in her PA stump speeches...saying that PA doesn't deserve a president who looks down on them. Fox played the clip during the Panel. Mort thought it was bad news for Barry. Charles K. said it dripped of latte liberal condescension.

You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them...And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.

You go into these inner cities in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of inner cities across the nation, there familys on welfare for generations and making lousy choices in their lives...And they believed it when the Johnson Administration, and the Carter Administration, and the Clinton Administration have said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it's not surprising then they get bitter, do drugs, shoot each other with guns or worship bigots cloaked in religion or show antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-semitic sentiment or anti-white sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.
