Weird......8-o
I just looked deeper into the crystal ball and communed with the spirits of Rosie and Keith. Here's the scoop. Let's take this pari passu, shall we?
(1) The democrats are crazy. Not stupid. They know Algonquin J. Obama has a slim chance of becoming President against McC.
(2) OTOH, he is going to win the delegates fair and square, or at least it looks that way.....
(3)But by too close a margin over Mrs. Clinton to be convincing.
(4)Mrs. Clinton can't beat McC, either. Probably do worse than BHO.... She does the right thing for the party and gives way ...The only part of the scenario where I ain't 100 percent following this)
(5)Brokered Convention
(6)Obama takes the deal for VP. He's young. He'll get over it. Says Al Gore is the man to unify the party and carry his ideals forward. Co-Presidency. Yadda-Yadda-Yadda.
(7) Al, as you may recall, got 50 percent of us to vote for him last time he tried, uses a willing BHO to keep blacks in line and voting as they should. Al is a Big Star! He'll get Mrs. Clinton's Hollywood Crowd. He'll save the Planet! He'll get the women. he'll get the Blacks. He'll get the Greens. He'll get us out of Iraq. All children will be above average. We'll have night basketball in the ghetto. Life will be wonderful because we will tax the rich and take all their money for the children, women, gays, and members of minority groups. Cancer will be cured. A new hybrid in every garage. Tofu in every pot. COOM-BUY-YAH!!!
OBTW, Dream Ticket could be really tough on McCain.
Doesn’t look like he has any Mohammedan background at all...
That is an entirely plausible scenario whose only visible flaw is that Al Gore is, at present, clinically insane.
Let's face it, we're faced with unattractive alternatives and - - - - We're screwed!
Somewhere in pastors Wrights background he took a turn against traditional America and all colors of people not black.
Well, yes Doctor, I must concur with your diagnosis. But there's always Thorazine ... and he might provoke McCain into some sort of volcanic outburst, which could cost him the election.
Al could even claim that McCain's temper adds to Global Warming! Speaking of candidates, isn't there an Eisenhower hidden away out there? I'm getting desperate.
The only pleasure I would derive from the spectacle of a Gore-McCain race would be if, in lieu of the standard debates, the two agreed to meet in the center ring of Madison Square Garden and beat the living sh!t out of each other.
