Control mostly. I'd say most of the woman are married/hostesses. Their job is to please a man all day. Japanese men are *not* PC("woman bring me booze", "Woman, feed me!"), so hosts have a real appeal.

Wow, you seem to have taken personal offense. Did you think that everyone would be as impressed with your prostitute friend as you wanted them to be? And on a conservative forum? All I'm saying is that I wouldn't personally choose to be a prostitute, even for the nice sums of money that you claim your friend was paid. The fact that your friend would string the ladies along for a few dates before giving them the "big payoff" doesn't impress me as much as it does you.

So what they want is another woman to treat them like a man. That sounds a little too creepy for me. My wife is trying but I still can’t become her girlfriend. I keep reminding her that I do have parts that make it impossible for me to dig chick flicks, want to go to the spa and get “treatments” with her and dislike sports.
She’ll have to wait until the girls to get older for that.
