But lets all take a good look at a race horse before we try to breed people to be ‘race horses’. Race horses are fast, no denying that, but to get rid of excess heat their skin is so thin it is prone to cracking, their legs are so thin for speed that they are more prone to breaking.
Eugenics, like Socialism, has always been a cover for those who wish absolute government power. Does anyone doubt that if government was in charge of eugenics they wouldn't want a more docile and less independent and rebellious populace?
We are a very young species and do not have much genetic diversity as it is. Many traits that would be subject to Eugenics actually confer some advantage in heterozygosity, thus explaining their continued prevalence in human populations.
In the movie Gattica they tried to breed a healthier, stronger, more intelligent humanity; but they couldn't help but also select for ‘nonviolence’. The modified brother of the normal born protagonist had the attitude of ‘I could be better than you at that.’ but was not actually better at anything. He simply lacked the hunger and drive, that although it might make one more prone to violence, also could give one the competitive edge.
There might well be some “Poindexter” gene that will confer greater average intelligence, but it would always have a ‘price’ associated with it (like having a less developed physique, or more prone to autism); otherwise it would reach 100% penetrance in human populations.
There are Black geniuses who are just as smart as any Asian or Jew genius. The genes/capability are obviously present in every human population. They may not be as prevalent in some populations because of the principle of antagonistic pleiotropy (no such thing as a free lunch); but there is only about a 30% heritability of intelligence once cultural factors are accounted for.
The majority of blacks in America perform way worse than the majority of asians in America because of culture. Asians do perform better than blacks academically because of their parents, but not because of DNA, but because of “Do Homework NOW!”.
Well, not for me, at least.

For what is superior intelligence if not the art of gaining advantage over ones adversary by alternative means?
3rd world nations, in the view of ‘evolutionism’, are winning the game because they have more children. But people mate associatively for wealth, height, intelligence, beauty, eye color, incisor length, etc, etc. We are winning the game because all the smart people come HERE to the U.S.A. where they join the ranks of the highly paid and highly educated and have 2.1 children with them.
All the half starved and intellectually impoverished people in the world are not going to ever beat us in any contest either military or economic or genetic. They will break into our lead on either front only by excellence, quality not quantity.
