“nearly 10 million of the “uninsured” have household incomes of more than $75,000 so they can probably afford to buy health insurance but choose not to.”
I don’t think that is really true. The sad fact is that most people who earn more than $75,000 a year can’t afford health insurance because they’ve got to pay high taxes so that people who earn less than $75,000 a year can get subsidized health care.
True enough but still in all it is, of course, very nearly "The Plan". The peculiar and ironic thing about their model, just like their AGW models is, it doesn't work. Redistribution of wealth by means of gummint programs doesn't work nearly as well as redistribution by market forces. AND for reasons known only to social engineers, they don't really care. What it does do, is allow politicians the means to secure votes by redistributing the booty to their chosen class of victim(s).
And don’t forget under HIllarycare anyone over 65 with a serious or terminal illness was expendable and the faster they departed this mortal plane the better.
