In other words, we’ve decided that global warming must be true despite the evidence to the contrary and so you must suffer.

Does anyone seriously believe we know what the ‘Average World Temperature’ was in 1900? To within 1/100th of a degree?

Simple question
Obviously the worlds carbon output has not dropped since 1998
so then how is that temperatures have not risen since 1998?

La Nina and El Nino are two great natural Pacific currents whose effects are so huge they resonate round the world. Apparently more powerful than anything Mankind is doing....

This would mean global temperatures have not risen since 1998, prompting some to question climate change theory.
What is really scary about that line is: in science all theories should be constantly questioned...always! Science is questioning! and yet what passes for science today is a bunch of goofballs who believe in consensus. I hate socialists.

“and they forecast a new record high temperature within five years.”
Notice how they now couch the forecast “within five years”
That way they can keep everyone on track to shake in their boots over the impending doom.
We can freeze our booties off for the next four years but they will claim that man made global warming is just around the corner.

dang... > eyeroll <
What will the psychos do with all their scheduled seminars, fund raisers, wacko signs, and real banana boats who chain themselves to buildings to make their point.
Realize I'm not an expert (kawf) but I did get an A in Meteorology 101. Again, ad nausea, the SUN is responsible for climate change... :O)

Want to drive them nuts? Ask an alarmist to define it.
They have yet to agree on a definition of “average global temperature.”

But experts say we are still clearly in a long-term warming trend..........Back in the 70's we were clearly early in a long term cooling trend..........

What? Global cooling? They should thank Bush for this. Had he signed the Kyoto Treaty, the earth would have gone to another ice age... /s
