PS I’m amazed at where all these Obama/Odinga dots lead. As I said before, we live in strange and dangerous times!

Kenyan fraud crackdown continues

January 24, 2002 Posted: 12:23 PM EST (1723 GMT)
Moi has launched a fight against curruption to clean up

NAIROBI, Kenya — A former top Kenyan civil servant has been charged with diverting donor funds to a private bank account.

Mohamed Abdi Isahakia, who is alleged to have carried out the fraud while he was director-general of the National Museums of Kenya, appeared in court on Thursday.

Isahakia, permanent secretary at the environment department until November, spent almost 20 years at the national museums.

He ended up as director-general, before becoming permanent secretary at the environment department in 1999.

Among those who disagreed with Mugoya and found themselves out of office include former PS in the ministry of public works, Dr Mohamed Isahakia, an engineer, one Rogo of the same ministry as well as politician Kipkalya Kones who was removed from the ministry of public works after a disagreement with Mugoya over some payments.

Thanks, everyone...keep on digging. I bet you’ll find less than six degrees of separation between Hussein Obama and the maniac Idi Amin.

Cabinet announcement delayed: ODM

BY LAURA WALUBENGO and JUDIE KABERIA

NAIROBI, April 5 – It now seems unlikely that the anticipated 40-member Cabinet will be announced on Sunday as planned, after apparent disagreement over the content of the Cabinet structure.

In a statement, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) spokesman Salim Lone said they were vehemently opposed to a list contained in a letter sent to the party by the Secretary to the Cabinet Ambassador Francis Muthaura on Saturday.

Lone uttered that the list was one originally struck out during discussions between President Mwai Kibaki and ODM leader Raila Odinga earlier in the week.

He elucidated that the letter issued by Muthaura did not take into account ‘other agreements’ reached in meetings held by the two principals since April 1.

Lone quoted Odinga, and said that the ODM leader had found the new terms unacceptable.

ODM also complained that an intended meeting between Muthaura and Mohammed Isahakia of ODM to fine tune related arrangements that they say were needed before the new Cabinet could be announced Sunday had not taken place by late Saturday.

The party wrote a protest letter to Muthaura, as listed below:

5th April 2008

Amb.Francis K.Muthaura, EGH
Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the
Cabinet & Head of the Public Service
Office of the President
Harambee House
NAIROBI

Dear Amb. Muthaura,

RE: FORMATION OF GRAND COALITION

I refer to your letter of 5th April 5, 2008 on the above subject.

We have noted the contents of the list purportedly agreed between H.E. President Mwai Kibaki and Hon. Raila Odinga. I wish to make the following comments:

1. The enclosed list is unacceptable to us.
2. The contents of the list, first delivered to us by Hon. George Saitoti, on the 1st of April, 2008 were fully addressed in our letter of 2nd April, 2008, herewith enclosed.
3. In that letter of 2nd April, apart from explaining our areas of difficulties, we enclosed our preferred list of portfolio balance.
4. That list (hereby enclosed) was the basis of Hon. Raila’s discussions with the President on the 3rd of April 2008.
5. While I accept that the number of ministries was agreed at 40, the two of us were instructed on the 3rd of April by the principals to fine tune a number of arrangements, including portfolio balance. This needed to be done before the Cabinet announcement could be made.
6. The meeting was agreed to take place on Friday the 4th of April 2008.
7. After failing to hear from you the entire day, a letter was sent to you, forwarding the portfolio balance agreed on the 3rd April, as understood by Hon. Raila Odinga.
8. It is therefore a surprise that you have sent the same list of 1st April, 2008 that was rejected by us.

I have therefore been directed to inform you that your request for names for appointment to the cabinet is premature in view of your new position on portfolio balance.

Yours Sincerely,

Dr. Mohammed Isahakia
ODM Secretariat

Government Spokesman Dr Alfred Mutua could not immediately be reached for comment.

Obama and Odinga

Senator Barack Husein Obama’s father is from Kenya.
His name was Husein Obama.
He was a member of the Luo tribe.
The Luo or Lwo are a family of linguistically affiliated ethnic groups who live in an area that stretches from the southern Sudan, through northern Uganda and eastern Congo (DRC). During their history they were at one time one of the main tribes to enslave and sell their neighbors into slavery to the whites or to the Arabs - whoever was closest and had the most money.
Specifically Barack Husein Obama’s tribe is the Joluo and his father was a nationally known political agitator.
Even though Husein Obama Senior was politically active the Luo tribe in Kenya took a back seat during the years of conflict for independence from Britain. The preferred to leave their fighting to others.
After Kenya gained its independence it became one of the exceptions to the rule in Africa.
Being a liberated colony the new leadership took power with little or no violence and maintained order for nearly forty years.
During this time Kenya became one of the most powerful and richest black African nations. Many people look to Kenya in the east, Nigeria to the west and South Africa in the south to form the basis of a triangle of peace and prosperity.
Kenya was able to put a controlling pressure on Uganda during the violent years of Idi Amin Dada’s rule. It was Kenya, it was hoped, that could lead the way to stop the genocide in the Sudan.
Recall that the Luo tribe, of whom Barack Husein Obama claims for his own, live throughout southern Sudan - the location of the atrocities against mankind.
Barack Husein Obama is a mystery to me but I do know that within 6 months of his visit to Kenya on August 26, 2006 the country has been teetering toward madness. His family in Kenya has been catapulted again into the public eye in Kenya. From the way they are acting it is as if the Luo people are expecting something that is not clear to the rest of us.
This much is clear - after the last election President Mwai Kibaki became president of Kenya.
Raila Odinga, his opponent and a radical, whose son, by the way, is named Fidel Odinga after Fidel Castro, did not like the result of the election and began to protest it.
His followers became violent.
Protests turned into riots.
Many people were killed and some of President Kibaki’s supporters, in towns where they were outnumbered, began take refuge in Christian churches.
Some of the churches were burned down.
One of them - the Kenya Assemblies of God was surrounded by a screaming mob of political maniacs and set ablaze with women and children inside. Twenty-five children were burned to death along with four elderly people.
The religion of the Luo for some time had been animism. That is, they believe in spirits and such. These days, however, the Luo are muslims. So what happened to the Kenya Assemblies of God was a crime of religious hatred but not only that it was an act of ethnic cleansing. In fact the Luo seem intent on driving out every other tribe or anyone different from them as soon as they can.
What is it they want?
As in Sudan there are large stores of untapped oil, gas and minerals. By driving off their rivals and putting one of their own in power they could hope to cement their power and increase their role in the Muslim world.
After the election Senator Barack Husein Obama according to his spokesman called Raila Odinga “to express grave concern over the election outcome” of the election.
Then Barack Husein Obama went off to an election rally of his own in New Hampshire to run for President of the United States and he apparently breathed not a word about the murderous and maniacal actions the followers of one of his friends had just carried out.
When asked what the platform of his campaign was (and continues to be even after he lost the election) Odinga says, “My platform is change.”
The first thing he wants to change in Kenya is the Constitution.
Says Odinga, “…we ran on a platform of change.”
Obama’s platform, according to his ‘official’ website is : “It’s about change.”
There you have it.
The questions remain :
What is Barack Husein Obama - a Senator from Illinois - doing when he is interacting with a violent rebel, muslim leader in Kenya who may have been responsible for the murder of dozens of innocent people burned to death simply because they took refuge in a church?
What is Barack Husein Obama doing when he interferes in the internal operations of a foreign nation like Kenya?
Are you going to let a well organized and well financed representative of a foreign government push his way any further into your national government?
How many more people have to die before Americans come to understand that Barack Husein Obama is not a product of the land of Lincoln?
Born in Hawaii he spent most of his life in the violent and backward nation of Indonesia – where not too long ago the Australians had to stop the Muslims from killing all the Christians in East Timor.
When will this blood soaked travesty of our national political system come to an end? When will the mocking smirk of our enemies be wiped from our television screens?
Change they want? With the gun? With the torch?

Please send that pic to Sean Hannity at Hannity@foxnews.com, because today the BBC news reported that after 1600 murders the President of Kenya has decided to share power with OBAMA’S COUSIN Odingo and appointed Odingo Prime Minister. And include the caption under it too. Thanks
