Where in the U.S. are illegals penalized for breaking the law? Mostly, they’re just ticketed and let go, free to break the law again, and never paying up on the ticket.
Better the citizens of the US should do this to the Federal Government.

You're right. Bloomburg might fire the cop for insubordination, but he didn't break any law. And as for the illegal alien suing the cop, I don't see how an illegal alien could have any expectation that at any time or any place or for any reason he wouldn't be caught.
