I have to tell you, RedRover, that I think you have been a major contributor to this outstanding outcome! Thank you!
Excellent news.
Congratulations defense team, civilian and military! Well done!
Thank God. Now, but an end to this anti-american lynch party.
I’m wondering if this will be on the front page of the NYT, NOT.
Guess the members of the Pentagon shadow group didn’t want to testify. Bet the other cases are going to be dropped for the same reason. The major impact is that if all these lower ranked guys are exonerated, charges against Chessni will have to be dropped as well. If they are all innocent, how could he have been derelict in his duties?
That’s GREAT, Red. I knew he’d make no deal to testify against brother Marines!
Great news for your sons brother and squad mate , Darryl!
And you and your son.
What a great day for the Tatums!! (and all of us too!)
I was listening to Michael Savage yesterday.
He was saying that the reason the rats were so anti-war is that they were not in charge of Congress and therefore not in the front of the line for the huge cash flow and ripoffs from the war. So the rats sent out Murtha to accuse our soldiers, the public ate it up and voted the rats in, Murtha was rewarded with Chairman of Armed Service Committee and now is benefiting from huge earmarks. The rats are now fairly quiet about the war except for lip service to Code Pink types now that they are again fat cats.
Unfortunately this makes sense.
HEAR HEAR!!!!
It sounds good, but I’m not sure I understand it when I read it closely.
Were all charges dropped? Was the corporal pressured to testify against other Marines? What does it mean to continue to pursue the truth-seeking process into the Haditha incident.
The problem is, there are few signs that the prosecutors are interested in pursuing the truth, and many that they are eager to convict someone, in order to justify this whole sorry business. Probably at this point they need to make Murtha happy, too, or he’ll find some way to cut their funding.
I don’t think it’s really clear exactly what this means.
Bingo, that was the first thing that went through my mind also when I saw this headline. I don't believe in coincidences much, I can't believe there isn't a connection between the two stories.
Do you know that from other information? There’s a slightly longer version of the story, here:

It says that it’s not clear whether fresh charges could be filed, or whether Tatum might have agreed to cooperate.
Of course, that may just be more AP lies and obfuscation, since the leftist press had a lot invested in this case, too. I hope and pray you’re right.
