This makes me sad.

The Egg McMuffin is probably the perfect food.

But I don't get it from McDonalds.

I make them at home.

Here is what I do...

I make two fried eggs and two slices of bacon (for each Egg McMuffin).

I toast a Thomas's English Muffin and put either extra virgin olive oil or Kerrygold's grass-fed Irish butter on both halves.

I then slap the cooked eggs and bacon into the English Muffin with a thick slice of Swiss cheese.

Perfection.
