1970? His medical license was revoked? Does this make sense? That was 38 years ago!
If he graduated from medical school at age 25 or 26, and did an internship and/ residency, he would be at the **most** minimum 27 to 29 years old.
27 + 38 = 65 years old. This is retirement age. This is his minimum age if the medical board acted immediately ( which is unlikely) to remove his license in the very first year he was in practice.
