actually no, we studied the concept in law school when discussing what has now become known as “slap suits”.
Of course back then it was discussed in ETHICS class and how such tactics are purely unethical and would result in immediate sanctions against the attorney filing such an action.
Once you get out in the real world lawyers, even back then, learned real fast judges do not sanction lawyers for inconvenience suits.
what happens when some groups have access to the government and others do not?
Here we have homosexual promotion groups which are allowed access to schools, access to politicians, public spaces while equal access by non-recreational sex groups is not politically equally permitted by the government. Essentially they are acting for their government.
You don’t get freedom of speech in order to surpress freedom of speech for others.
This woman is a member of government. I assume she has access.
