How valid is a contract signed by a 17 year old?
Ashley Dupre, the hooker the screwed Eliot Spitzer, appears to have been only 17 years-old when she made a Girls Gone Wild video for Joe Francis. Her lawyer, Don Buchwald, says Ashley’s birthday was April 30, 1985, and the footage was shot between March 13 and March 20, 2003, making her 17.
Head guy at Girls Gone Wild, Joe Francis, says even if she was 17, Florida and Federal law permits her to be filmed in any state of undress … as long as she consents and there is no “sexual contact.” Joe says there was “no sexual contact.”
Joe also says Girls Gone Wild has a “corporate policy” not to use girls under 18, and so they have “delayed the release of Ms. Dupre’s n*de footage on the Internet and are investigating the matter.”
Better to be safe, than in jail, right Joe?

I think the question is, is there anything she’s not guilty of?

1.) When will she get a nationally televised interview?
2.) Will she be interviewed by Larry King or Barbara Walters?
She has "hope" that the taxpayers will provide her free healthcare in case she gets any nasty STD.

For such an expensive price: I wonder why Spitzer chose someone as creepy looking as this.
Lotsa “oopses” in the Eliot & Ashley story. I hope she gets her million bucks. She deserves to have the last laugh, if only because it will rub salt in Spitzer’s well-deserved wounds.

Those Girls Gone Wild people are pretty thorough, it’s hard to believe they don’t have a signed statement from the girl.
I wonder if Spitzer was using her when she was under age?
