Is this the Broccoli Ping List? Is it high volume? /s
LOL
I thought Dr. Atkins hated carbohydrates. The Atkins people I knew would refuse to eat any vegetable.
Best time on SNL!
They did Atkins wrong.
I eat a broccoli omelet every day on Atkins!
or the big chunks of melted cheese....
Just stay downwind from me. ;)
Oh, the horror of it all...
I hate it!! My wife makes me eat it because she wants to keep me alive to torment me.
Thankfully, fireforeffect gave a list of that includes many that are far tastier things to eat than broccoli....
Mustard and sauerkraut?
I am going to live FOREVER I tell you!
God, just let me die then.
Eating it regularly will eliminate that problem, once your system gets used to it. Same with beans.
Please post the recipe.
You and me both!!!!!!!!
1 c. frozen broccoli, steamed and drained.
2 eggs, (whatever other veggies you like, onion or green peppers, mushrooms)
1/2 c cheese (I use Mexican blend)
Scramble eggs (no milk)
Butter flavored Pam in a frying pan
Heat and put in eggs, cover. When it cooks to brown on the bottom, add fillings and top with cheese. Cover until cheese melts, fold and eat.
Yum!
Carbs are great as long as they are not simple carbs.
You really can eat tons of veggies on Atkins just not breads. I don’t lose a ton, but I feel tons better
only if you dip your broccoli in the mustard and sauerkraut ;)
Yes, but my husband couldn’t live with me in the meantime, my gas runs the cat-poop-eating dogs out of the room, LOL!
