As I understand it, the FEC Tracks cumulative donations. Thus, if I give 100.00 per hour for one day, my total donations would be $2,400.00 and over the legal amount of $2,300.00.

However, what a person can do is give the maximum for every member of their household. Therefore, a family of four can give the legal amount times four as long as each amount given has a legitimate social security number.

I am sure the Clinton Campaign is reviewing the list of Obama donations to see if each of the donors is a legitimate person. If not, you are a public interest group is free to request Obama’s donor list too see if each person that donated is legitimate.

As for me, I know that Obama can fill any venue in the nation. A couple weeks ago he was at the Toyota Center in Houston and the place was full to capacity at 20,000 with thousands waiting outside. A few days later he did the same thing at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas and the next day had more than 20,000 to see him speak in front of the Texas State Capital.

For some reason, Obama draws crowds like the Rolling Stones. I don’t really get it but if Obama Speaks people show up. I am sure that people give him money in the same manner.

There's no reporting on donations below $200 over the Internet.
