Correction. They are models, but they were currently for sale at “up to 2 million” each according to a couple news stories.

“The idiots who did this terrorism have done far more damage to the environment than any of these builders could ever dream of doing.”

They said this morning that each house used on average 100,000 board feet of lumber. Now to replace the homes double that number, and double all the other energy cost it takes to build each home and wow did these fools add to their carbon footprint.

Entirely possible it was their work. A ATF agent said on camera the banner was their “style” but had yet to be authenticated.

ELF also usually takes credit at some point, they have not so far.

—”And ELF and Greenpeace has been fighting this development since its start.”—

So did the neighbors.

“Apparently neighbors put up quite a battle to keep the development from happening. So there’s plenty of reasons to be suspicious.”

“plenty of reasons to be suspicious.”???

No there's not.
Since 2001, using an explosive device in an arson will get you 35 years to Life. More than one device in more that one consecutive arson and its Life. Thats a huge price to pay because you don’t like a new development. Neighbors complain, ELF destroys. And ELF and Greenpeace have also been trying to stop this development from the start.

I suppose it goes without saying the greenies would oppose any development. But the only reported opposition came from the neighbors.

The county wanted the project done in stages, spread out over years.
The developers sued the county to rush the 48 home project. The 5 homes, each unsold, with an asking price of 1.8 to 2 million.

So, yes, there’s reason to be suspicious.

Is that you Sean Hannity?

Of course. Every insurance investigator immediately disregards those that gain financial relief!

The point is to look at all possibilities. Not just those we like to think did it.

“So, yes, there’s reason to be suspicious.”

Again I say, “no theres not”. Yesterday the builders said they will “rebuild the homes on sight” and will not be deterred by this arson. I don't think the wild conspiracy theories held by a very small minority of people hold much water. Even less now that the builders are talking about rebuilding.

LOL - - Good comeback to the conspiracy believers. Wonder if they still feel that way now that the builders announced that they will rebuild the homes on site, and will not be deterred by the arson. Then again maybe not. These people are not swayed by evidence once their mind is set. Case in point the 9/11Truthers.
