Interesting, but Serbia is friendly in this one with-Moldova, not Transdnistria!
Romania supported Serbia in full as did Moldova, and Serbia is very friendly with both countries.

It is not cause of difference between Latin and Cyrilic letter, but Romanians are latin nation and Bulgarians are Slavs.
Romanians and Moldovans belong to Italians, French and Hispanic group of nations while Bilgarians are Slavs as Russians, Serbs, Macedonians, Poles, Czechs.

Following the Kosovo precedent, any region of a country in which an ethnic minority is a majority can petition for self-determination. Who are they going to petition? The UN has not recognized Kosovo's independence, nor will they. Thus, there is no legal precedent. Moscow can recognize Transnistria as independent any time they want. Nobody else will.
