Nicky Burns is a sissy. Down in the Balkans, he is a laughing stock.

Burns is a traitor to the US, to Christendom, and to humanity.

We are wrong in all of this... we persecute Christians and aid terrorists. I remember mcnasty being one of a handful of Republican Senators backing up ‘toon's bombing of Serbia. Why? I feel for our Serb brothers... it would be like mexico stealing California... which may happen if hussein osamabama gets in. Things are certainly upside down these days!

Good post, wonder what other disasters the Clinton & Bush State Dept have in store for the US?

Undersecretary Burns is a holdover from the Clinton administration, which launched a 78 day aerial war against Serbia again in VIOLATION of a host of international laws, including the UN and NATO charters, in order to wrest Kosovo from Serbia.

Should not Burns be in an orange jumpsuit awaiting trial for sedition and crimes against humanity for his role in the destruction of Serbia? Is he responsible for the killing of thousands of civilians with his support of terrorists killing Christians? How many Greek Orthodox churches have been destroyed since Albright, et al. illegally attacked Serbia?

Russian president Putin stated in televised address: “The Kosovo precedent is a terrifying precedent. It in essence is breaking open the entire system of international relations that have prevailed not just for decades but for centuries. And it without a doubt will bring on itself an entire chain of unforeseen consequences.”

While I consider myself an extreme patriot, here I have to say that Putin is correct.

Note the rioting was done by so called Christians.

If independence is the only way to ensure stability, I have absolutely no problem with it.

I certainly don't want a third world war starting in this region, and I am a Serbian second gen immigrant.

We shall see what happens in the future, but there was no movement by Serbia to but this situation behind them and there was no choice but to do what they did. I don't know what will evolve from this, but the current situation was intolerable and would lead to nothing good.

Again and again we see old animosity's that are religious in nature, causing nothing but grief. My Grandmother and Grandfather fled the region in 1926 because they could no longer practice their religion, Catholicism. All this grief caused by old spilled blood on old religious ground is not ever going to become a source of stability. If they can't live together, or be allowed to kill each other off to the point of extinction, then borders must be put between them. Democracy will take care of the rest, assuming the peace holds.

If not, then extinction for one or the other is the only other way. Frankly speaking, I don't much care which prevails at this point. The entire thing makes me ill.

Undersecretary for Political Affairs in the State Department Nicholas Burns said ...

First of all, numbnuts, it was reprehensible to bomb civilians for 78 days. It was reprehensible and illegal to use NATO as an offensive force. Something that had to change the balance of power with Russia for the worse. It is hypocritical to criticize and threaten Serbia for not protecting the sovereignty of our embassy when we refuse to honor Serbia's sovereignty. We didn't honor it when we bombed them. We didn't honor it when we protected Kosovar Muslim terrorists (our own State Dept. declared the KLA a terrorist org.) for ten years while they force Serbs out of Kosovo. Now we give them the finger regarding their sovereignty again by recognizing Kosovo as independent after signing documents promising that Serbia's territory would not be carved up. We defied a UN treaty that we largely engineered.

The EU suckered the U.S. into dealing with their problems and Clinton and Bush are both too stupid to see it. Clinton is understandable. It's easy to manipulate a criminal.

500,000 Serbs protest peacefully. No more than 200 riot some of whom were found with maps to the embassy in their pockets. Who rioted? Who organized them?

It's interesting that the State Dept. ordered embassy personnel to evacuate prior to the day's protests.

Once the rioters cleared the fence and entered the compound, the marines swould have been given the go ahead to open up on them.

Are we waiting for another hostage situation ala Carter?

The State Dept. ordered embassy personnel to withdraw prior to any violence. Very prescient of them.

“Note the rioting was done by so called Christians.”

What’s your point? Rioting is sometimes meritorious. The United States of America, a country founded by God for Christians, had its beginnings in riots. Ever hear of the Boston Massacre? The Boston Tea Party? Lexington? Concord?

“If independence is the only way to ensure stability, I have absolutely no problem with it.”

Perhaps you are unaware that these mooselimbs are the flotsam thrown up by Islam’s last invasion of Europe. They are still invaders, and every time they’ve had a chance, they’ve committed atrocities. Screw them. Load them into airplanes, and kick them out over the Middle East.

“I certainly don’t want a third world war starting in this region, and I am a Serbian second gen immigrant.”

Islam is on the march again. We can fight them now, or fight them later. Later will be worse.

“We shall see what happens in the future, but there was no movement by Serbia to but this situation behind them”

There couldn’t be. American leftists wouldn’t let them deal in any effective way with the mooselimbs.

“but the current situation was intolerable and would lead to nothing good.”

Yes, the presence of mooselimbs is intolerable, and can only lead to atrocities.

“Again and again we see old animosity’s that are religious in nature, causing nothing but grief.”

One does not form a plural by adding an apostophe and an “s.” It is “animosities.” Neither does one blame God or faith in God for the mischief wrought by Satan.

“My Grandmother and Grandfather fled the region in 1926 because they could no longer practice their religion, Catholicism.”

Who was persecuting them?

“If they can’t live together, or be allowed to kill each other off to the point of extinction, then borders must be put between them.”

Satan does not respect borders, nor do his mooselimb servants. Allowing the mooselimbs to claim a nation-state in Europe is as evil as it is stupid, and will only exacerbate all problems related to their unwelcome presence.

“Democracy will take care of the rest, assuming the peace holds.”

Democracy doesn’t work. This is because there are so many more horse’s asses in the world than there are horses, and it is the reason that the Founding Fathers gave us a representative republic rather than a democracy—or, as many of them were wont to say, a mobocracy.

“Frankly speaking, I don’t much care which prevails at this point.”

So, in your view, there’s not a nickel’s worth of difference between God and Satan? Between the Source of all Good and the source of all Evil?
