Hat-tip to TexasCajun for the word Candi-FReepers If you never had a liking for FreeRepublic until two months ago when you signed up to pimp your candidate you might just be a Candi-Freeper.
Glad you liked it. use it freely.

“It is quite obvious that McCain’s class only extends to democrats; the man has no decency whatsoever when it comes to fellow Republicans.”
You said it!!

“In 1995, Sen. McCain Had A Scuffle With 92-Year-Old Sen. Strom Thurmond (R-SC) On The Senate Floor. In January 1995, McCain was midway through an opening statement at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing when chairman Strom Thurmond asked, Is the senator about through? McCain glared at Thurmond, thanked him for his courtesy (translation: buzz off), and continued on. McCain later confronted Thurmond on the Senate floor. A scuffle ensued, and the two didnt part friends. (Harry Jaffe, Senator Hothead, The Washingtonian, 2/97)”
McCain should have been arrested for this.

I don't like McCain either, but how is #2 a "temper explosion?" Did you post the wrong link?

I don't like McCain either, but how is #2 a "temper explosion?" I don't think that #6, 7, or 8 count as temper explosions either, although they sure are nasty.

Short fuse, vicious temper, foul mouth. Sounds like he’s our Hillary, at least in temperament.

“If McCain is the nominee and Obama is the democrat nominee, I will gladly cast my vote for him, temper issues and all over the democrat that will not place his hand over his heart and pledge allegiance to our flag during the national anthem or wear a U.S. flag pin on his lapel.”
I agree. What I read above grieves me to my heart. There are many things I don’t like about the character of John McCain. But what grief will I experience if the outright socialist-without-a-country gets into the White House?!

I just came across this post while doing a Google search for my name. I’m “Candi” and I’m a Freeper. Does that make me a Candi-Freeper? I certainly hope not! I’ve been here for forever! :-)

Candi-Freeper Someone that joins only to promote their political candidate. Google The World ! ...I use Google all day long at work to find stuff. Yeah, I know what the definition is. It just looks weird to see something that describes me *literally* being used here to mean something I'm not. No biggie, especially since I seldom sign my name to my posts. Most people think I'm a guy. :-)
Good day!
