The world is full of icky things like women, cartoons, dogs, free speech, and alcohol. They aren’t going away just because you can't deal with them.
I guess that fruit is right out then because if a little bit of yeast lands on it and starts fermenting just a little you'll get alcohol.
And speaking of yeast, bread is out too because the yeast which causes it to rise isn't just producing carbon dioxide. It is producing alcohol, most of which boils off during cooking, but you can never be too careful.
With that said virtually EVERYTHING contains alcohol as it is part of the break down of sugars and startches. All fruits and vegetables contain alcohol, all breads do. I am unsure if meats and dairy do, but I would bet it is in there.
Beer is liquid bread.
I feel so much better. After all the stories of muslims cutting off the heads of little girls on the way to Christian school, slashing the necks of hostages, stoning women to death, blowing up innocent civilians, murdering high school girls in "honor" killings, making fools of themselves over catroons, and on and on-- I was beginning to think muslims were without a social conscience. We have found an issue that gets them all upset--trace alcohol in a snack.

But at this point I've given up on both America and Britain - I really believe that PC has both countries in a stranglehold and that it is not possible to break free.

Indeed, pretty much anything with sugar in it has alcohol in it, at some level.
