The New York Slimes always goes too far. They stink.
If they had evidence they would have posted in the article. Now they will dream up eye witnesses and other fake incidences that could be twisted. The object is to stretch the fake stuff. Nothing new for these slime balls.
My two cents:
This is only the first of a handful of such hit-jobs that will come out between now and November. They started with the least damaging, least substantiated, and will build to something really sleazy, probably dating back a few decades, perhaps related to him dumping his severely injured first-wife.
It’s the cumulative effect.
Wasn’t this a great idea the Times had to get support for their endorsed Republican since their Hillary faded in the stretch? Bottom line did this get more votes for McCain or less?
I’m thinking the same thing. I believe that the NYT didn’t go with the story earlier because they wanted to get more information and was still working the story when the New Republic was going to scoop them. This is why, I believe, they printed the story in a slip-shod way and are planning to still work the story and drop a bomb in the near future.
Never underestimate stupidity.
Well, it’s been a couple days... and I’d say all things considered, this story helped McCain.
