Pastor Bob says it all. Rush and Sean have become nothing more than talking heads that are more worried about their ratings than actually talking the truth.

“Pastor” Bob Cekeste also thinks Jesus would use violence against abortion clinics and abortionists:

“It has been suggested by many a liberal theologian, that if Jesus was walking amongst us today, He would never use any violence against an abortion clinic... I beg to disagree.”- Bob Celeste, Wednesday, October 18, 1999

Wasn’t one of the main reasons Jesus Christ was crucified was that he opposed the powers to be with free speech??

"If the world hate you, ye know that it hated Me before it hated you..."

I hate it when people take things out of context or only quote part of what was said. The second part to this is:

"...or it couldeth be that thou art an @sshole!"

If the Bible says that Huck is good, and Limbaugh and Sean are evil, who am I to argue?

Sounds like something Landover Baptist would write.

We don't like the Huckster because he's a liberal at heart, so we must hate Jesus too...

Nothing about that strikes you as off just a bit?

The Huckster should get his own talk radio show, or become a Tele-evangelist.

At 23, Huckabee was a staffer for James Robison, a television evangelist. Robison commented, "His convictions shape his character and his character will shape his policies. His whole life has been shaped by moral absolutes."

Huckabee has stated, "Politics are totally directed by worldview. That's why when people say, 'We ought to separate politics from religion,' I say to separate the two is absolutely impossible".

Huckabee believes in Biblical inerrancy. Prior to his political career, Huckabee was pastor at in Beech Street Baptist Church Texarkana from 1980-1986 and then Immanuel Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, Arkansas from 1986-1992. In both Texarkana and Pine Bluff Huckabee started 24-hour television stations "where he produced documentaries and hosted a program called Positive Alternatives."

This guy should go back to preaching to the sheeple.

Rev. Celeste is confusing religion with politics. Huckabee is a moderate and no conservative is morally obligated to vote for him just because he is a good Christian. Limbaugh and Hannity’s opposition to Huckabee is based on his ideology not on his religious identity. Huckabee,of course, is campaigning on his religious identity in order to get the evangelical vote. However, that is not reason enough for those of us who are conservative but who are not evangelical to vote for him.

After listening to Rush Limbaugh for 15 or more years, what have I to show for it? Amazing insights and political humor, sure. Yet, here we are with candidate McCain versus the Obama/Clintoons.

Over the past two weeks, I have flushed Rush. During early primary season, he defaulted his leadership responsibility with his cagey half-as$ed support of nobody and everybody.

Now we are stuck with McCain unless he dies of natural causes first. We no longer need political insight and all of this is no longer funny. Rush, your blinding brilliance needs a holiday.

Those who serve satan hate Pastor Huckabee because they hate Christ.

And those who serve the Lord hate you because you're an ass.
Those who serve the Lord shouldn't hate, but we're not perfect, so when such an ass as this pastor comes along, when there is that temptation to hate that we'd rather not be led into.

I am glad I don’t choose my Presidents by what religion they profess. Key word: PROFESS. There is very little evidence that Huckleberry is the wonderfully moral man he claims to be. And preaching is not the most important qualification for a President anyway.

TURN YOUR RADIO ON

Come and listen in to a radio station
Where the mighty hosts of heaven sing
Turn your radio on, turn your radio on
If you want to feel those good vibrations
Coming from the joy that His love can bring
Turn you radio on, turn your radio on.

Turn your radio on
And listen to the music in the air
Turn your radio on and glory share
Turn your lights down low
And listen to the Master’s radio
Get in touch with God, and turn your radio on.

-— Instrumental -—

Everybody has a radio receiver
All you got to do is listen for the call
Turn your radio on, turn your radio on
If you listen in you will be a believer
Leanin’ on the truths that’ll never fall
Get in touch with God, turn the radio on.

Turn your radio on
And listen to the music in the air
Turn your radio on and glory share
Turn your lights down low
And listen to the Master’s radio
Get in touch with God, turn your radio on.

Turn your radio on
And listen to the music in the air
Turn your radio on and glory share
Turn your lights down low
And listen to the Master’s radio
Get in touch with God, turn your radio on.

Turn your lights down low
And listen to the Master’s radio
Get in touch with God, turn your radio on...

I have heard Rush talk about Huckabee and the part he doesn’t like is his liberalism not his Christian faith. He doesn’t like McCain either.

I became a Republican after our parish priest in Brooklyn, on the Sunday before the election, used the occasion of the homily to give a stump speech for John Kennedy.

I honestly believe that Rush Limbaugh has done as much for Conservatism in the United State as anyone. After Goldwater, Reagan and Buckey, he is my Conservative hero. He has given us a voice and an identity. He speaks the PRACTICAL truth, and like it or not, politics is all about practicality.

Now to Pastor Bob. Coming from me, a New York City SEMI-secularist, this observation will be taken with a grain of salt here, but when stories like this become widely reported, it SCARES THE CRAP out of most of the country. It is why I believe that a (please forgive the phrase) bible thumper will never again be elected to the Presidency.

The reality may be pious governence, but the public perception is religious facism.

My personal reaction to him is: Screw off, Pastor Bob. Peddle your....opinion...to your own flock. Rush doesn’t like your guy so he’s doing the work of Satan? Good job of turning Americans off and instilling a fear of the religious right in the hearts of those who happen not to be Christians. Yes, that’ll win elections.

BTW, What’s with Limbaugh giving free on-air advertising time to the hot water, meat, and mattress guys? It happens at the same time every day.

My Bible says that liars, thieves and extortioners will not inherit the kingdom of God (I Cor. 6:10, Rev. 21:8). Huckabee does all these, and gives hearty approval to criminal aliens (Rom 1:32).

Take Rush and Hannity out of the equation and I’d bet you would have several million less conservative voters. Let the colleges have a monopoly of molding minds full of mush into full fledged socialists.

Huckabee - How many criminal sentences did he not reduce? A Christian nanny stater for a presidential nomination. Good thing he doesn’t have a chance to win.

Pastor Bob, I’m glad more people listen to Rush and Hannity per week, than people who will hear your words in your entire life. Makes me smile just thinking about it.
