Poppyseed Obama.
He’s definitely on a roll.

What I would like to see is Obama winning the popular votes and delegates in the primaries, and then the super delegates handing her the nomination. Wow, that would really cause turmoil in the ranks.

Hildy put Maggie Williams in as her campaign manager!
Remember Maggie?

If HIldy does manage to win this, she’ll have no choice but to select Obama as her VP and he will accept.
Sixteen years of Radical Rat rule, right there.

He did not inhale.
He did not intend to raise taxes.
She didn't know anything about her husband's philandering or those questionable cattle future transactions.
He did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky.
She never supported the war.
...And finally, the Clinton campaign is NOT in panic mode over Obama.
Got all that?

If Hillary doesnt pull this out with super delegates, shes not gonna be a very gracious loser. It's heading for the "smokey back rooms" to be sure.

Actually was pretty close, is only a delegate caucus. Those votes are a dress rehearsal and most don't pay no mind to it in Maine. Twas also snowy Sunday and people are more often out snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing or experiencing cabin fever. Obama played the U of M "yut" circuit, Hillary chose Bates with women and their daughters the focus. Chelsea played the Colby circuit where students got to meet and chat with her. 16 delegates Romney owned 24 for the Dems shelled out later.
Note: Obama lost in Mass which is the Kennedy and Kerry backed state.
If you compare "Barry" Obama to Hillary, which you had better start doing..or you will wind up with someone you never expected to take seriously and suddenly see smiling back at ya over HDTV the day after the primary.
The Republicans cannot throw a caucus with any momentum so the voters are not jazzed up to think about a vote, the Democrats go all out for votes...they get people energized! The young showed up, the absent voters, supporters, fence sitters, gawkers like me..
I do see bad days ahead, if this is all the Republicans have to show us..have they become too old, redundant and too easily forgotten in their approach on winning any election? ..That's what may be the winning factor come November.
If you had a voting booth available on the day that Obama and Clinton came to towne, the Republicans would have lost in a landslide. When the Republicans came to towne..oh, wait, they didn't,(except Mainer, Susan Collins; Ron Paul blew through a few days before) they sent friends, family and local speakers who mumbled through their index card delivery.
I attended both, so call it like I saw it.

The "super-delegate system" was created to prevent JUST such an Obama-like counter-estblishment insurgency.

The perception? Huh? He's killing her. It's not a perception. This is very true and just might lead to the following:

DON'T CROSS EITHER OF THE CLINTONS. YOU ARE EXPENDABLE.

All the way up to January 1 2008 Hillary Clinton was supposed to be crowned very easily as the democrat nominee, Obama was not even a factor. Obama won Iowa and she won New Hampshire and it was supposed to be over by then, i.e. her comes “the come back kiddette” to take Obama for good. Obama crushed her in South Carolina so the Clintons campaign moved the goal posts again and they said that they will take him out once and for all on Super Tuesday. That night of February 5th 2008 Obama won more states and won more “pledged” delegates than Hillary Clinton, but now the Clintons are playing the underdog! People are not buying it.

"Gracious or not, she'll still be a loser." The whole world will know it and accept it except her.
I envision a very ugly kicking-n-screaming, clawing-n-cackling, bloodied-n-fuddy-duddied, pantsuit crusted-n-busted, beatdown-n-loser-towned, b-slapped-n-granny-panty-crapped, drag-that-crazy-Canks-OUT-by-those-cankles...um...scene.

If Hildy does manage to win this, shell have no choice but to select Obama as her VP...That's what I think too. Earlier on, I thought Evan Bayh of Indiana was the favorite as a potential running mate, but Obamamania I think will trump any others. To keep peace in the ranks, especially if it's the superdelegates that put HRC over the top, she will select Obama as a running mate (and will likely win).

In the delegate chase, Obama has pulled ahead of Clinton, even when the support of uncommitted super delegates is figured in.
According to CBS News estimates, Obama holds a razor-thin lead with 1,134 delegates overall to 1,131 for Clinton.
